**Lead Generation Specialist**

To bring our software to the best restaurants across Australia, we’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation expert who is passionate about researching, analysing and capturing suitable prospects to help set our sales team up for success. You are excited about searching on the web, sourcing potential restaurants who could be our customers and enjoy complete ownership of our CRM over a period of time. You enjoy coming up with creative strategies to devise lead nurturing campaigns that have a long-term view to build relationships with potential customers. You look forward to taking ownership and are naturally inclined to seek feedback that helps improve the quality, strength and hygiene of our top of the funnel sales pipeline.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Generate leads through various research tools** such as Google search, LinkedIn, capture and update them on a CRM system like Zendesk/Salesforce/Hubspot.
- ** Create and implement lead nurturing campaigns** to build relationships with potential customers;
- Have **complete ownership of the lead data** in our CRM system;
- ** Maintain CRM cleanliness and readability, generating sales report**s, and tracking sales trends, performance, and competitor insights;
- ** Analyze CRM fields and sales data** to incorporate relevant fields or uncover trends and patterns that are important to the company strategy and identify areas for improvement as we grow;
- ** Collaborate and regularly meet with the sales team** members to ensure sales information is entered into the CRM accurately and perform data sanity checks;
- ** Audit deal values and other sales-related financial information** to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy;
- ** Proactively generate and share insightful reports on a regular basis **with the team including sales performance, competitor insights and other useful information;
- Possess a keen interest in **Process improvement** to improve the sales onboarding and customer success lifecycle using the data and reports from the CRM;
- Be able to **work onsite** from our Gulberg greens office in Islamabad;
**About you**
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in lead generation and sales support role;
- Proven experience in generating leads through various sources and capturing on a CRM;
- Excellent research and good communication skills;
- Strong proficiency in using CRMs such as Hubspot, Zendesk, or Salesforce;
- Expertise managing multiple assignments of high priority with strong collaborative skills to work with members of different teams;
- Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and pay attention to detail;
- Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly;
- Proven experience reflecting strong dedication to meeting deadlines and result-oriented work;
