**About the Role**:
The role of the Senior Renewal Specialist is to assist our renewal process and ensure customer success for their region. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end software renewal and upsell sales cycles for assigned customers whilst providing upsell support, coaching and enablement for Renewal Specialists.
**Your contribution will be**:
**Contract Renewals. **You will be responsible for the timely renewal of all assigned contract renewals. This involves working directly with customers and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution.
**Renewal Process. **You will manage software assurance and support sales renewal process communications for assigned region from prospecting to order execution. This includes regular check-in calls to the end users. Provide accurate monthly forecasting.
**Communication.** You will ensure Salesforce is kept updated. Every conversation is captured, and all opportunities reflect accurately. You will establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers and partners. You will have open communication with your counterparts and peers to achieve overall company goals.
**Customer Success.** You will use customer usage data to drive customer success through the use or proper leveraging of Nintex products. Proactively manage each customer's business needs and environments - actively seek opportunities for upselling and cross selling opportunities. You will work with the sales team to ensure overall sales growth by identifying and developing new opportunities for expansion across the customer's business.
**Team lead and training.** Play a leadership role in the team and enable individuals to succeed in their role. You will support Renewal Specialists through upsell sales cycles, coaching and enablement
**To be successful we think you need**:
- 4 years + Sales or Renewals experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English
