**About this role**

The Graphic Design Manager will be joining Infomineo’s _Graphic Design _business line.

You will be bringing in your Project Management and Team management experience along. You will be responsible of managing quality standards of all presentations and graphic design deliverables, mentoring Graphic Designers/Senior graphic designers in the team and also need to do hands-on work on design deliverables for key engagements and projects on daily basis. Having extensive knowledge and experience of working in powerpoint presentations.

Willingness to be flexible to work in early-morning/day/late-evening/night shifts, as this might be based on business needs.

**What you will do**
- Work on creative business presentations for various clients. Most of the time adhering to different clients brand standards and also work on creative slide design too.
- Be a design consultant and thought partner for our clients. Ability to comprehend business concepts/ideas and turn them into meaningful and impactful slides.
- Handle multiple projects with different clients. Work at ease in a deadline driven environment. Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively
- Take part in the interview process and take trainings for new hires. Sharing your knowledge and experience with and other team members.
- Attend pitch calls with VP of sales to pitch for design work to new clients.
- Quality review junior team members work and coach them as and when necessary.
- Working Hands-on on key design deliverables for Marketing team or client teams. Able to handle project end-to-end on any design work which is assigned.
- Have a edge to innovate and improve processes and ability to adapt to change in terms of managing multiple processes for different clients.
- Converse in English language clearly and articulate your ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Have feedback sessions with junior team members on periodic basis. Do their year-end/mid-year evaluations accordingly
- Contribute to work process efficiently and try to innovate the process if need be.

**Requirements**:
**You’re Good at**
- Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends. Ability to coach team members and motivate them to deliver high-quality design deliverables.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to attention to details. Should be able to deliver high-quality documents.
- Strong understanding of design principles (alignment, repetition, contrast, hierarchy, balance), color theories and typography
- Self-motivated and directed person, requiring mínimal supervision for successful completion of duties. Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one's own development.
- Has a mindset to delivering quality document always and excellent attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
- Strong leadership skills - Ability to get the work done through giving instructions to juniors in the team and lead them towards common goal.
- Creative eye for visual communication solutions for a wide variety of needs. This could range from single slide production in PowerPoint to customized presentation design and alternative layout/design solutions.
- Ability to manage and coach a team of Graphic Designers

**Your Experience, Education & Qualifications**
- 7-10 years of work experience (at least 7 years in similar role)
- At least 1 managerial experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts / B.Sc. Visual Communication or any Graphic Designing related Diploma Courses
