We are an early-stage startup founded by a team with previous experience in Fintech (mobile payments) in Egypt. Our founding team previously built Raseedy - Egypt's first independent open loop wallet licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt in partnership with SAIB bank.

We're all working out of our office at the Greek Campus in Cairo, Egypt.

As a Technical Writer / Systems Analyst, you will be delivering a shared understanding of the way the system (product) functions by delivering top-notch documentation. The outputs of your work will serve as a source of truth across the organization, thus keeping everyone inside (and outside) the organization informed and aligned.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the documentation _framework and architecture_
- Creating, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the documentation writing _process_
- Documenting the system and its changes in a timely manner
- Ensuring the documentation is created in a lean, just-enough manner and the process is not causing unnecessary bureaucracy, overhead costs and operational bottlenecks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to present and prove a sufficient level of technical knowledge (IT)
- Ability to work (analyze and document the system) independently
- Ability to present a sufficient level of product and system life-cycle and its impact on the documentation
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Solid skills and knowledge of various diagraming frameworks (BPMN, UML etc.)
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal

This position reports to the Product Delivery Manager.
