Loss Prevention Design Engineer

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Design Fire Fighting System layout for Oil & Gas plants in addition to construction buildings as per local and international Codes NFPA, API, etc. Prepare Active Fire Protection Design Philosophy and Equipment Specifications.
- Prepare water demand calculation report and Firefighting Hydraulic calculations in order to develop related systems Fire Fighting P&ID sheets and Fire Fighting Equipment Datasheets.
- Prepare Firefighting Equipment MTO and also Equipment MRQs for client purchase order
- Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation report and Review vendor print submittals.
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical and instrumentation & control to ensure a coordinated and integrated design;
- Ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards;
- Supporting the procurement and construction activities, including vendor selection, bid evaluation and technical bid analysis.
- Prepare feasibility, FEED and detailed engineering studies and debottlenecking studies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical) with firefighting design experience in O&G is a must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Process DESIGN preferable in Oil & Gas industry.
