You will be part of a visionary, customer-focused team with an ambitious mission-to become a trailblazer for digital retail within the Middle East. **Responsibilities** **Compensation Analysis**: - Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures. - Assist in the development and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, bonus structures, and equity plans. **Benefits Management**: - Implement and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies. - Analyze benefit utilization and employee satisfaction to recommend enhancements or changes to offerings. **Employee Recognition Programs**: - Assist in the development and management of employee recognition initiatives to enhance engagement and retention. - Monitor the effectiveness of recognition programs and gather employee feedback for continuous improvement. **Data Analysis and Reporting**: - Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and prepare reports for management review. - Identify trends and insights to inform decisions related to total rewards. **Compliance and Governance**: - Ensure total rewards programs comply with applicable laws and regulations. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive offerings. **HR operations**- Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, people services, and offboarding. - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) are a plus. 5 plus years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
