**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Drive best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes.

Position Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven experience in ReactJs.
- 5+ years of extensive experience in NodeJs.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing development projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong background in backend programming languages such as Node.js, PHP, or Java.
- Advanced proficiency with JavaScript libraries and frameworks including ReactJs, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of server-side languages and architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services, including API integration and push notifications.
- Proficiency in using code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with blockchain technologies and smart contract development.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
