Finance Lead- Egypt

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Responsible for assisting with financial analysis.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analysis of country P&L and margin analysis
- P&L Budgeting & Forecasting
- Balance Sheet Reviews/Reconciliations
- Providing support and guidance to business
- Payroll processing & commission calculation
- Providing and interpreting financial information
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Other tasks as they arise as per any new requirement.
- Budget preparation for several entities.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws in Egypt and executing required filings.
- Assumes responsibility for efficient and effective assistance with the following financial analyst functions.
- Loading and maintain targets in commission software (Xactly).
- Maintains financial adjustments of commissions calculation.
- Prepares all variable calculation templates.
- Prepares monthly bonus calculations and GL Account Reconciliations.
- Records all commission penalty and other incentives.
- Reconciles monthly revenue to commissionable revenue.
- Prepares monthly commission and bonus calculations and GL Account Reconciliations
- Records all commission penalty and other incentives.
- Reconciles sales results to financial results.
- Prepares monthly sales reconciliations.
- Maintains monthly Cost of Sales upliftment allocations.
- Completes monthly MMR sales related reporting.
- Manages the forecast templates.
- Maintains weekly forecast data and reporting.
- Manages all customer rebates - provisions and payment calculations.
- Maintains monthly customer rebates.
- Maintains specific customer rebate claims. Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective communication and coordination with management personnel, customers, and vendors.
- Keeps management informed of activities, progress toward established objectives, and of any significant problems.
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.
- Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain information and/or correct problems.
- Maintains the Company’s professional reputation.
- Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly.
- Assumes other related duties as required or assigned.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
**Education/Certification**
- Matric
- Financial certification/diploma preferred.

**Required Knowledge**
- Excellent Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Solid financial understanding.
- SAP experience would be preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar financial position.
- Extensive experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in all relevant tax laws in Egypt and executing required filings.
