Protective Sales Executive

This job is based in Cairo and is responsible to handle sales accounts of HPI (Hydrocarbon Processing Industries) customers for protective coatings segment in Egypt, reporting to HPI Concept Manager. Job description -Introduce, promote and sell Jotun Protective Coatings mainly to projects through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information. -Promote Jotun paint to owners and consultants through regular visits and follow-up and responding to enquiries to recommend and ensure Jotun Paint is specified for the projects and create sales opportunities for the company. -Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used and to achieve sales budget. -Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical Service and other departments to ensure timely delivery, good customer service and achieve company goals. -Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding. -Generate new potential customers in protective coating sector to increase our market share. -Update the project mapping with new upcoming projects in protective coating and target those projects. -Monitor market activities including competition in Infrastructure sector and increase our market share in these markets segment.
Qualifications -1-3 years of relevant experience. -Engineering university degree is preferred. Personal qualities -Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results. -Makes an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully. -Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives. -Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively. -Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.
