We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead and manage all HR operations across multiple regions.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, procedures, and practices while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage an effective HR team across multiple locations.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Lead and manage all HR teams across regional offices.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s goals and values.
- Oversee recruitment strategies, employee relations, performance management, and talent development across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and best HR practices in each region.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams in day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives, making adjustments as needed to improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage the implementation of employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth.
- Travel as needed to regional offices to oversee HR activities and collaborate with local teams.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, managing teams across multiple regions.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Previous experience working in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries is preferred.
- Fluency in both **English and Arabic** is required.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws in GCC countries as well as Egypt.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for the role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to HR management.
- Experience working in multinational or regional organizations.
- Strong network and knowledge of talent pools within the GCC.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
