As a Controls Field Service Engineer - Gas Turbine, you will be an expert in Control Engineering. Focused on-site activities management such as planning, manpower resources/tools assignment, and technical assistance. To complete the work scope according to the contractual requirements.

As a Controls Field Service Engineer - Gas Turbines, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing field services jobs and interventions with the project managers based in the BH offices.
- Assisting the Start-up process during the commissioning phase.
- Ensuring the proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshooting control system problems.
- Writing accurate professional reports acts as a single point of contact between the customers and the business leaders.
- Concerning technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
- Ensuring all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental Health & Safety (HSE) guidelines and procedures
- Supervising the controls and instrument activities during different maintenance jobs (outages-CI/HGPI/MI)
- Leading and executing loop check and commissioning phase, performing the functional tests.
- Leading and executing unit start-up and performance tests.
- Supervising installation, calibration, and set up of instruments, cable laying, megger, and connection.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an Engineering or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 8 yrs of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry within maintenance and installation field activities.
- Be an expert in troubleshooting Speedtronic Mark VI/ VIe for GE DLN1/2 FR5 gas turbines in the oil & gas Industry.
- Have hands-on experience in Mark VI and VIE control systems.
- Have knowledge of rotating equipment installation/maintenance and possess knowledge working on O&G Product Equipment.
- Have Troubleshooting capability and knowledge of associated systems namely BN 3500 / BN System 1/ Anti Surge Controller CCC / ESD PLC Triconix / F&G HIMA PLC.
- Have experience in start-up and operation of DLE on PGT Machines.
- Be available to travel frequently nation/worldwide (on/offshore)
- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
