**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on improving cost efficiency, delivery accuracy, and service quality;
- Lead high-impact logistics projects, including workflow automation, technology adoption, and process reengineering;
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior and mid-level team members, fostering a high-performance culture;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, negotiate service-level agreements, and ensure consistent third-party provider performance;
- Use advanced analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and develop predictive models to enhance operational efficiency;
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, managing escalations and ensuring service excellence;
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, including contingency planning for critical operations;
- Initiate ongoing enhancements to workflows, aligning them with market trends and operational best practices;
- Oversee complex logistics operations, ensuring effective coordination among multiple stakeholders for seamless supply chain execution;
- Monitor global and local logistics trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments, providing actionable insights to senior management;
- Develop and manage budgets for logistics projects, ensuring resource optimization and cost savings;
- Collaborate with IT, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure logistics strategies align with broader business objectives.

**Requirements**:
For this role, it is essential to have- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an operational or logistics role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- High flexibility and availability to meet deadlines and respond to around-the-clock requirements.
- Proven business acumen with creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Expertise in data analysis, project planning, and conflict management.
- Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team 6 days a week & rotational shifts.
