We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of** Project Manager - Regional Transformation**

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Promote pace and energy within the team and lead by example.
- Obtain buy-in from the project sponsor, Steering Committee and other stakeholders for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes.
- Manage change and implementation to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realization.
- Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimise the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk.
- Proactively monitor risks and areas of concern and provide recommendations for mitigation, to ensure SLAs are met.
- Promote adherence to project / programme governance model and use defined standards and tools for processes such as risk logs, change control and resource requests.
- Manage project closure and handover to the business and / or function

- Excellent understanding of project management - technically, functionally, operationally and financially.
- People manager and broad experience in managing teams of different work streams.
- Examples of the delivery of on-time and on-budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes - a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes.
- Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance.
- Evidence of implementation, change management and benefits realization.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate practical experience.
- PMP or similar - Must have
- Agile - Desirable
- Prince2 - Desirable
