Company Vehicle Operation Technician

**Job Description**:
CVO GM-Egypt looking for a highly organized company vehicle operation office administrator to lead our daily operations. In this multifaceted full-time role, individual will oversee overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring our front office staff and processes maintain efficiency.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead the garage staff, including day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the general manager and other store managers' needs.
- Assist company vehicle operations at the CVO facility and support dealers as required.
- Monitor vehicle inventory levels, oversee metrics, and complete annual physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by quickly responding to customer inquiries and supporting key stakeholders.
- Provide support to ensure adherence to all CVO policies and programs.
- Track CVO supplies, paperwork filing, bookkeeping, and other office management tasks.
- Make sure CVO accounting office and auto finance policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards.
- Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a professional representative of our workshop/garage management team.
- Perform additional human resources and office administration duties, as needed.
- Compliance with work instructions and occupational safety and health regulations
- Create WBS for all fleet processes, coordinate vehicle disposal process, evaluate vehicle replacement, and plan and execute vehicle replacement.
- Complete awareness and familiarization with company safety concerns, safety training, and Intelex including (request, open, and close) safety issues.

**Requirements and skills**
- B.Sc., Diploma, or equivalent is mandatory.
- Four or more years of experience in office management is required - automobile dealership experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, knowledge of the automotive industry, and communication skills are needed.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products and SAP.
