**About the role**:
As a frontend developer at Dsquares, you will be responsible for coding innovative designs and layouts into well-written, best-practice JavaScript components. Your responsibilities will include refining the client-side architecture, implementing working web-based solutions from mockups, and mentoring other developers to uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Integrate independent HTML/CSS into existing code to produce fully functioning features.
- Develop and maintain highly engineered, responsive, and cross-browser compatible frontend user interface code.
- Integrate backend components.
- Mentor developers and advocate for high standards throughout the development process.
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
- Lead test automation efforts.
- Create website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices from designs and mockups.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- A keen eye for detail and love of delivering beautiful user experiences.
- Ability to write modular, scalable, and clean code.
- Self-motivated and driven to improve.
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of deadlines.
- Technical skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Sass, Angular/React.

**Education & Experience**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Years of experience: 2-4 years.
- Experience on agile software development teams working iteratively with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and JavaScript (React / Angular).
- Good understanding of the full web stack.
- Quality oriented with high attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in frontend MVC frameworks is a plus.
