_Reporting into the DCOM & UAR MEA Director, The key purpose of this role is to be the Search & SEO lead ; Deploying optimized search initiatives. Work with D&A to track search performance to improve & drive efficiencies across markets. Expert in retailers & how to win the algorithm. Set standard of digital merchandising & provide implementation expertise to local markets. Consolidate DCOM content requirements - expert lead in PIMS and DAMS & coordinate additional agency briefing to ensure fit for purpose assets are created for market roll out_

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Leading the Implementation and adoption of PIMS and DAMS, consolidating and utilising existing assets to drive efficiencies and ensure consistency In messaging and positioning across our portfolio.
- Accountable for supporting the development and creation of new assets and delivery for any MEA specific DCOM content & ensuring ideas travel across markets and DCOM platforms
- Updating design and copy and localising where needed to meet consumer, customer and channel needs + agency liaison where applicable.
- Support quick retrieval / creation of assess to support test and learns and share learnings across accounts/markets to drive BIC Initiatives
- Support KAMs to conduct retailer discussions to adapt/ improve specs
- Work with key business partners like D&A to adapt local SEO strategy & continuously optimize and build on learnings - through the creation of tracking and dashboards to measure effectiveness
- Accountability for understanding key search terms that drive click through and ensure key search words are Incorporated In key campaigns to deliver Intended Impact and hit rate. Win the algorithm - expert In retailers and how to Influence algorithm.
- Roll out standard for Digital Merchandising (linking in with global Perfect Store team) and provide implementation expertise to support in-market Digital Merchandisers - codify best In class approach & learnings and cascade across the markets.
