**About the job**:
**Technical profile/ **Your duties**:

- Develop and execute hands-on B2B digital marketing strategies tailored to the European and GCC markets in collaboration with the international marketing team.
- Create compelling content in close collaboration with technical teams, highlighting product features, and effectively communicating solutions to a technical audience.
- Utilize marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) to conceive, implement, and optimize campaigns, focusing on lead generation and prospect nurturing.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing efforts targeted at the European and GCC markets, encompassing profile optimization, strategic content posting, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with B2B sales objectives and fine-tuning strategies for optimal lead conversion.
- Analyze and interpret data derived from marketing campaigns, employing a data-driven approach to enhance overall performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed of industry trends and digital marketing best practices specific to Europe and the GCC, consistently integrating insights to refine and innovate our marketing approach.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

**Who we are looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically in the European and GCC markets, with a strong understanding of software development.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- High-level fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) is a significant advantage.
