Doka Egypt is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team and support the company’s ongoing national expansion.
- Analyse structural drawings given by clients
- Implement formwork solution as per the instructions of the Sales Engineer and the project requirement.
- Propose the most economical and best technical solution
- support entire team to produce material list, offer drawings and shop drawings
- Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions
- Coordinate with clients for technical issues
- Coordinate with other involved departments (Operations, Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator)
- Consideration of availability of material in the design stage
- Communication with Sales Department in absence of Head of Engineering
- Support formwork instructor and coordinate with site team
- Leading and managing a team of formwork and ensuring they follow safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborating with project managers to create work schedules, set targets, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Facilitating effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders, such as engineers,and project managers.- Providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on the status of formwork infrastructure construction.-
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.**Qualifications**:

- AutoCAD knowledge, preferable 3d CAD
- Experience in steel design
- Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
- Good command in English language
- Basic IT skills
- Minimum Formwork experience in infra structure sector 5 years
- Experience in erecting and dismantling formwork and site supervision
- 8to 10 years of work experience
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills (within company and with clients)
- Technical/static understanding
- A feel for economical matters
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Motivation to improve knowledge
- Willingness to work over time if required.

- Well developed analytical skills and technical proficiency
- Ability to work in a team environment on standard and major projects.
