- Within the framework of your missions, you are in charge of:

- ** Preventative maintenance**:

- Responsible for conducting all following up and planning new preventative maintenance schedule for both fixed and mobile equipment.
- Supervising the maintenance team schedule implementation and support them technically with on hand and outsourced resources.
- Document controller and files keeper for critical system reliability documentations to sustain and improve the efficiency.
- Review periodically with guidance from the terminal manager/assistant the updates coming from ATI & international aviation and logistics industry, and work on developing site specific procedures based on the latest versions of MOCQAT, JIG AND HSEQ manuals and manufacturers recommendations.
- Assists terminal manager/assistant in identifying critical spare parts required for both refueling depot equipments

**Corrective Maintenance & Quality control**:

- Ensure all refueling equipment breakdowns are solved properly on time and before putting them back in-service.
- Monitor required performance and coordinate major repairs to engines, gearbox, chassis etcs. Report all abnormal conditions.
- Identify root causes or signs of breakdowns for refueling unit or depot fixed installation breakdowns,

**Operational excellence and SWP**:

- Complies with HSEQ requirements at all times
- Issuing work permits for high risk jobs, induction training for contractors on site safety rules and ERP, evaluation of task location hazards and ensure location handed over to operations safety after job completion.
- Follow up of critical maintenance & QC parts/ equipments availability in local market.
- Evaluate training needs for maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with annual training plan

**Assets management**:

- Identify and implement programs and upgrades to protect the value of assets and ensure proactive inventory management of spare parts and ordering to minimize equipment breakdown time.
- Support management in reviewing monthly OPEX and CAPEX tracking with finance team and in forecasting balances with respect to annual business plan
**Administrative & operations support**:

- Supervise and coordinate monthly emergency drill implementation.
- Prepare required management status reports
- Participate in investigating and reporting incidents, carry out disciplinary enquiries
**HSE**
- Describes the specificities of the products in compliance with danger
- Ensure full compliance with PATROM standards for all transport operations
- Investigate incidents in line with HSEQ/ MOCQAT on duty time.
- University graduate with Mechanical or Electrical Enginering degree, with relevant experience in Terminals operations.
- 1 to 3 years of operations experience with 1 years people management experience.
- Good supervision experience, Team work building and coaching to draw out the best of subordinates.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different cultures and classes with both (Arabic & English)
- Strong Background in maintenance activities is a plus.
- Good HSEQ background with knowledge of international HSEQ management systems.
