**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the IT department, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Design and implement IT policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
- Ensure the security of sensitive data and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technological needs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and evaluate their applicability to On-Hire.
- Manage IT budgets and forecast future technology needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity measures.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
