**About This Job**:
As a Medical Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the medical strategy (Core Medical Plan) in the designated therapeutic area at the affiliate level. You will coordinate and execute medical/scientific activities to understand the local external environment and data gaps. It’s crucial that you translate insights into strategies and activities. Your primary objective should be to ensure information needs of key stakeholders are fulfilled, ultimately contributing to the safe and appropriate use of Astellas products.

**Key Activities**:
Collaborate with key external stakeholder to promote Astellas’ science-driven partnership, medical communities and academic institutions.
Support medical strategies development and implementation.
Support and coordinating with cross function teams, to offer product medical support
Develop country-based Medical Plans in alignment with regional brand medical strategy.
Conduct Advisory on scientific knowledge to country company staff and other business areas on medical and scientific matters as required.
Provide external feedbacks and insights to enhance therapy area strategy development and planning process.

**Essential Knowledge & Experience**:
Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven experience in science-driven partnership and collaboration with medical communities and academic institutions in the country.
Knowledge to review and approve country promotional and non-promotional materials.
Profound knowledge in medical compliance and feed-in new related local regulations/requirements
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic

**Preferred Knowledge & Experience**:
Educations/Qualifications

**Education**:
Master’s Degree in Science (Degree in Medical doctor or Pharmacy) or equivalent.
