**Role Summary**:
The Social Media Specialist will focus on managing and optimizing our social media presence by implementing audience engagement strategies and tracking social media performance across platforms. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Community Engagement**
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaging social media community.
- Build relationships with followers, industry influencers, and relevant partners.
- Address online reviews and manage brand reputation by responding promptly to both positive and negative feedback.
- ** Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth).
- Prepare monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, suggesting adjustments to enhance our social media strategy.
- ** Audience Research & Strategy Development**
- Conduct research to understand target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Develop strategies to increase follower engagement and drive conversions.
- Experiment with new features and social media trends to keep our approach fresh and competitive.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to ensure timely and cohesive social media posts.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries via social media channels.
- Maintain open communication with other teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms (4+ years).
- Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
- Proficient in using social media management tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI).
- Basic understanding of software or tech platforms to support social media strategies.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
