**ROLE SUMMARY**:
As the Global Graduate Sales Analysis you will be responsible for leading Sales Capabilities and Operations agenda across key markets in Egypt via GTM management and sales channels and strategies development, Distributors’ partnership enhancements & raising distributor's Sales Force capabilities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generates the key Point-of-Sales analysis based on different sources and insights (Nielsen, CRM insights from customers, Category, Channel and Shopper Insights, Ratings and Reviews) for a better understanding of both Category and SCJ opportunities and threats
- Development of Sales Target, target dispatched and Forecasting consolidation and tracking
- Generates key Point-of-Sales data to track execution (for example sell-in, sell-out, distributor stocks, shelf data)
- Sales Tracking system roll out in Egypt
- In Charge of tracking & reporting Sales Operational KPIs
- Ensure Merchandiser resources are optimized, through coverage validation and optimization as well as merchandisers team development and highlights improvement opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
- Lead merchandising agenda
- Works with Sales and Customer Marketing to ensure all required merchandising materials are produced and made available within agreed implementation timing and in agreed channels/customer
- Initiate, plan & lead Perfect Store Projects
- Ensures smooth implementation of all Sales Technology Tools

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-1 year of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills with track record in data analysis, including data mining, cleansing, and visualization
- Experience in developing tracking tools & interactive dashboards, & field sales
- Good command of data analysis tools “SQL or Python, and Power BI”
- Possess a problem-solving attitude
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Advanced command of Excel including mastering of advanced formulas & Dashboard creation. Team player
- High negotiation skills
- English proficiency
- Driving license is a must.

**Job Requirements**:

- Full Time
- Local domestic travel (between governorates) 10%
