**Job Offer - Full-Time Cold Caller**

**Position Details**:

- **Role**: Cold Caller (Sales)
- **Pay**: $4 per hour (USD)
- **Hours**: Full-time, 8 hours daily
- **Work Type**: Fully Remote

**Requirements**:

- Proven **sales experience** (B2B or Real Estate experience preferred)
- Very smooth, fluent English accent
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment
- Solid, reliable equipment (PC/Laptop + quality headset)
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Comfortable using **Hubstaff** (time tracking with random screenshots)
- Mandatory participation in daily **Zoom office simulation** - must remain on camera during work hours (except during breaks)

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Discipline to work independently while staying engaged with the team
- Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality performance every day
