Senior Advisor, Sales Engineer Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Deliver all Presales services to the field within defined SLAs and Quality measurements
- Act as a technical Anchor for the rest of the team
- Mentor more junior team members
- Be part of knowledge sharing and Training activities to more junior team members- Logging of requests in order to provide accurate tracking of cases around various Sales and Presales requests
- Escalation of problems when appropriate to Team Leader and Manager.
- Knowledgeable of services, solutions, and products to the Presales Field Inquiry topics include the features, functions, compliance, usage, configuration, and support of products, solutions, services and tools and utilities.
- Development of a wide range of technical hardware/software quotations and configurations, including full product specifications and pricing
- Perform technical configuration requests using configuration tools; address/resolve configuration issues.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Presales or Technical Background
- Strong knowledge of midrange storage and/or Data protection system
- Good understanding of the sales cycle - presales role
- Very good communication skills
- 2nd European Language is a plus
