**Role Purpose**:
VBTS UK is the Enterprise Build organisation for our fixed and converged products. This role is to support the work of the VBTS Process and Data Governance team. It will include administration of all VBTS UK processes, including our own internal BAS processes using tools like ARIS or Signavio.

The work will entail driving ownership across VBTS UK of processes, you will initiate regular reviews of accredited processes to ensure continued compliance and enforce general compliance across VBTS. Our VBTS library of processes and standards needs to be maintained and aligned with our requirements, ensuring all processes are controlled ie owned, accurate, auditable and easily accessible.

The ECS Governance Authority work includes the arranging of meetings, capturing of meeting minutes, and following up on actions. The work is exposed using the Process Library and BUILD SharePoint sites, so a working knowledge of SharePoint is required. You must be fully competent as an ARIS process Designer and or Signavio process designer, you will help identify gaps within our VBTS processes so you will need to have a good foundation in process design.

The Role will play an important role in helping to foster culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation across all Key Stages spanning from Pre-Sales to Handover to Run. (Complete end to end Sell-Build-Run Model)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Efficient and effective running of Process Academy & Governance Authority meetings
- Drive engagement with operation teams to increase awareness of VBTS Governance/ARIS/Signavio.
- Management of the Process library, and documentation. This includes initiation of reviews to maintain standards compliance.
- Responsible for maintenance and development of SharePoint Sites.
- Delivering standards and governance to support strategy.
- The support work of this role has an indirect benefit to our customers and maintains our compliance to ISO and other standards.
- Risk management associated with delivery of the Governance to eliminate risk.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience**:
Minimum 4 years proven Business transformation and continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to summarise complex information accurately and succinctly.
- ARIS Designer history
- The ability to plan and manage key deliverable milestones, prioritising when appropriate and handling escalations.
- Understanding of ISO and Telecoms standards
- Lean Six Sigma improvement methodology certificate (Preferred Green Belt Certificate from IASSIC, Quality America, or ASQ )
- Strong understanding of Control Charts
- and long-term analyses to identify process capability indices.
- Strong expertise in BPMS deployments methodology

- Telecom experience is a plus.
