**Cairo, Egypt with Hybrid working (mix of office and home working)**

- Proven recruitment experience gained from working in a high volume / fast paced and multi-national environment
- You have specialised in either volume/contact centre recruitment, professional services recruitment (e.g., finance, IT, sales, marketing, risk & compliance), or healthcare management/clinical recruitment
- Experience of managing challenging stakeholders
- Have a good understanding of the local labour market
- Are able to travel to overseas offices when required (i.e. Dubai / UK). Please note that the travel will be infrequent, but there will be the need to do this from time to time.

**Role Overview**

**What you’ll do**:

- Accountable for all Permanent and FTC hiring within a defined business area / specialist skill set
- Using your previous knowledge and experience within your specialist area, you will keep abreast of market trends, insights, and key competitors.
- Managing full lifecycle resourcing, from requisition, to search and selection, through to offer management and acceptance.
- Developing strong working relationships within the Talent Acquisition team and across the broader Bupa business, through regular catch-up calls and attendance of recruitment meetings
- Proactively search and source talent, through a multi-channel strategy
- Continually developing, replenishing, and managing talent pools using both traditional and innovative means.
- Partnering with the Social Media and Attraction Manager to create and deliver targeted sourcing plans in hard to fill areas
- Facilitate assessment centres and events as and when required
- Advise and support Hiring managers with compiling selection tools and process for the vacancy
- Managing and maintaining beneficial relationships with Bupa’s preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies
- Work with HR teams to effectively redeploy employees should the need arise
- Support the training and development of new Recruiters
- Manage and deliver on complex specialist roles within functional area

**What you’ll bring**:
**Required**
- Significant recruitment experience, either within an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment team. Your experience will also involve working in a multi-national organisation.
- Experience gained within a specialist area - e.g., Volume / Contact Centre, Clinical / Healthcare, IT Security, Finance, Risk & Compliance
- Good understanding of Egyptian labour law
- Demonstrable experience of managing high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines and achieving stretching targets
- Superior relationship and rapport building skills, with a focus on driving best-in-class performance within resourcing
- The ability to travel to other offices when required (Dubai, UK). Please note the travel aspect of this role is infrequent.
- Experience of utilising and maintaining an ATS, ideally Workday.
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills, particularly with hiring managers/leaders

**Desirable**
- Previous experience working with Workday
