Job Brief

We are seeking **two** dynamic and flexible team members for the role of **Business Operation Associate** to join the **Impact Assessment Department**. This role is critical for the smooth and timely delivery of our assessment projects. You will be at the forefront of operational execution, handling everything from preparing detailed execution plans to coordinating both physical and virtual assessments. If you are highly organized, thrive on teamwork, and have a proven ability to manage project delivery, we encourage you to apply—even **fresh graduates** are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- **Operational Management**: Handle all day-to-day operational requirements for the Assessment department.
- **Project Planning**: Prepare comprehensive execution plans for various assessment projects.
- **Project Delivery**: Manage overall project delivery, developing project matrices, and ensuring results are delivered on time.
- **Assessment Coordination**: Prepare and coordinate logistics for all types of assessments, including both physical and virtual formats.

You are a **flexible, proactive, and team-oriented** operations professional. You demonstrate **strong teamwork skills** and the ability to adapt to **flexibility with working hours**. You are proficient with essential office tools and have a fair command of English. While 3 years of experience is preferred, your enthusiasm and relevant experience in operations or project coordination (up to 1-2 years) are highly valued.

Key Competencies
- **Operational Execution**: Proven ability to manage project delivery and handle complex operational requirements.
- **Coordination & Planning**: Experience in preparing execution plans and coordinating events/logistics (physical and virtual).
- **Teamwork & Flexibility**: Strong teamwork skills and flexibility with working hours are a must.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office** tools.
- **Language**: Fair command of **English**.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree.
- **Experience**:

- 3 years of experience is preferred, specifically in operations.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations or project coordination is a plus.
- **Employment Type**: Full-Time, Onsite.
- **Expected Start Date**: October 2025.
