Jax Home Buyers purchases single family properties in Jacksonville, FL. We are a semi-remote team, and we are growing quickly. We are hungry to succeed and are looking for someone with similar values to join our team.

As a Remote Sales Agent, you will connect via phone with homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties. Your ability to build relationships quickly is key to success in this role.

**This is a full-time (35-40 hrs per week) work-from-home position.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- On the phone, talking with potential sellers.
- Qualifying prospects to see if we’re the right fit to help them.
- Focusing on building relationships with customers and building a sales pipeline; while some homeowners may not be ready to sell today, they may be ready in the future.
- Handing off qualified leads to the Acquisitions team with notes.
- Learning and perfecting our sales system and your communication skills

**You are someone with**:

- Exceptional English: you know the lingo, the colloquialisms, and slang.
- Strong people skills. Our clients come from all walks of life and are in different financial circumstances. You will need to be able to adjust your approach based on the client.
- Exceptional hustle skills. This isn’t for the lazy. You know that your success is directly tied to your efforts.
- A drive to constantly improve sales skills.
- A quiet place to work, your own computer, and a strong wired internet connection
