**About The Gen-D Graduate Program**

This intensive **6-month program**, starting in **September**, provides exceptional graduates with the skills and experience to thrive in our dynamic industry. The Gen-D program offers a unique opportunity to **2023-2024** graduates as below:

About the role:
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Implement responsive designs for mobile and desktop.
- Adhere to established development processes and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in frontend development.

**Requirements**:
Required Skills & Abilities:

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Good understanding of web development best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for frontend development and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior experience or projects in frontend development are a plus.
