- Description & RequirementsInfor is seeking a Technical Consultant to work within the Global Delivery Services at Infor, as a member of the team you play a key role in assisting our customers with the implementation of Infor M3 ERP, you will leverage your technical knowledge and emphasis on cloud & local configurations, modifications, and integration design. And work together with the consultants and the customers in the projects implementation to create the best solution possible.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting technical descriptions and/or programming specifications as required.
- Prepares technical documentation.
- Assist with estimation, design, and development of solutions using M3 ERP technical tools.
- Develop a working knowledge of the Infor Deployment Methodology and tools used to provide an accurate, complete, and successful implementation, which includes organizational understanding of all the Infor positions and responsibilities as part of the implementation.
- Work with agreed quality processes, including quality control through system testing.
- Provide training and mentoring to team and customers on technical matters.

Required skills:

- Bachelor's degree or similar in software engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills and plus extensive experience in development using any of the following programming languages - OOP, JAVA, JavaScript, SQL, AngularJS, Typescript, EDI, XML, C#, Python,.NET.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of technical experience in either support or development ERP software.
- Good technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, programming, and implementation.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- High interest to continuously learn new technical solutions developed within Infor

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge in any ERP Systems and functional processes.
- Experience in working in an Agile method with Scrum process.
- Hands-on experience of using Integration tools.
- Any additional language skills (French, German) will be considered as a plus but are not obligatory.
- Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts when necessary.
