**What would your role look like?**
Your role will be to develop, drive and execute sales and business development plans for reaching and exceeding the sales budget in the area of responsibility. With this role, we aim to ensure a strong development of our sales in MEA countries. You will support Middle East and become part our team working closely across the region (the position location will depend on the profile).
**_Key Tasks:_**
- Achievement of sales budget
- Maximize contribution
- Growth of share of wallet for defined focus accounts
- Manage cost budgets, DSO and account receivables
**Other Tasks**:
Grow sales by double digit on a year-on-year basis to our defined focus accounts in the AOR
Manage all aspects of customer relationships; sales forecast and forecast changes, pricing, contracts, IP and complaints
In concert with Head of Sales EMEA develop ambitious yet realistic sales budgets
Manage DSO and account receivables
Show the way and provide excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers
In close collaboration with the Technical Sales Manager, design, follow and execute trials to secure right field data collection and validation until successful implementation of Chr. Hansen probiotic solutions
**Who are we looking for?**
- M.Sc./B.Sc., Engineer, Vet degree in animal production (especially poultry production)
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in animal health industry
- Proficiency in Arabic, strong level of English
- Strong dedication with open mindset, ability to work independently and operate effectively in a competitive environment
- Curious and willing to learn new things, service oriented and team player
