This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of how transportation impacts customer experience, shipper experience and operator experience; monitor metrics, determine, then drive any initiatives necessary to improve it. It requires an individual to showcase judgement and decision-making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact. This position offers a broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

- Define, design, launch and manage new transportation related products and programs in MENA.
- Benchmark UTR process and technology with Amazon developed markets.
- Gather requirements and conceptualize a transportation solution to solve a business problem.
- Own and drive UTR product portfolio and roadmap for MENA.
- Work with key stakeholders across various functions to define and launch a product/program.
- Own and drive the on-ground implementation of new UTR technology launches.
- Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate learning into the organizational plan.
- Set up standard operating procedures for UTR processes.
- Create metrics to monitor the compliance and adherence to processes.
- Contribute to deep dive and understand obstacles to improve UTR (under the roof) metrics on all fronts; safety, quality, productivity, and associate experience.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
