QA & Testing Automation Specialist

You’ll be working on
Digital and Technology projects
Work in agile environment with different teams (Development, Business, Operations and Design) to assure the QA coverage.
Attend planning meetings, provide feedback on user stories and create acceptance criteria
Create & Execute Manual and Automated Test scenarios /Test cases
Setup test environment and Test Data
Use the agreed Test tools /Trackers and Environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
Provide regular and ad-hoc status reports
Capture lessons learnt and best practice to improve test methodologies
Guide other team members in Business and automation related tasks
Lead initiatives to improve and enhance work

Technologies /Tools you’ll work with and need to know
Agility, TDD, BDD, Automation, Continues Integration, git, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Appium, postman, Devops

What we expect from you

Pleasant communication & time Management skills
Ability to consolidate other team members’ Tasks
Peer review for testcases and automation scripts
Develop and run your own automation test scripts
Analysis the test results and report bugs on the system
Asses the status of releases, make sure that releases go out on time and with highest quality
Experience with Automation tools & techniques such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, BDD, Postmanetc
Handle induction and orientation for newcomers
Knowledge transfer for business and automation skills to junior members of team
Engineering or Computer Science background is a must.
4+ year test engineering experience
Certified ISTQB Foundation level is mandatory
Certified ISTQB Agile tester is a Mandatory.

Strong knowledge in Java, Web and App automation
Strong knowledge in BDD and automation First approach
Have Agile methodology experience
Experience in test management tools
Passionate about Open source
