**Project** Description**:
Luxoft Autonomous Drive, a department of Luxoft's Automotive Line of Business, is an expert and delivery center for design, implementation and test of embedded architecture and software solutions for automotive systems. Our international team is based in various locations all over Europe and working with car manufacturers (OEMS) and suppliers (Tier1s) from all over the world.

We are currently looking for an experienced Python developer to increase our existing team. Together wit the team you will be responsible for concepts, implementation, testing and documentation of our developer solution. Part of the responsibility is to take care and drive the internal architecture and modularization of one part.

Overall Project Goals:
Enable automotive engineers to develop embedded software by offering a SW Platform and SDK for a big German Car manufacturer (OEM)

**Responsibilities**:
Take ownership of SDK/IDE components built on Python
Take care for modularization and technical architecture
Automate software engineering & quality processes
Help customer to enhance functionality of existing SDK / IDE
Develop Python scripts which will be used for code generation / building / debugging / data collection for metrics and reports
Work in a Scrum team

**Skills**:
Must have

Engineering degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of professional experience
Advanced at Python 3 programming
Familiar with Windows and Linux development environment and tools, shell scripting
Experience at agile software development methodologies and Continuous Integration (CI)
Able to work on problems independently, proactively
Upper-intermediate English

Nice to have

Knowledge in Automotive Software/System architecture
Experience with C++ development tools like Conan, CMake, makefiles
Experience with virtualization technologies Docker, Qemu, Oracle VirtualBox
Experience with Jenkins, Git, Doxygen
Experience with VS Code

**Languages**:
English: C1 Advanced
