**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and maintain the office environment, ensuring supplies and equipment are available and functional.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases for efficient access and use.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, including purchases and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity and workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Admin Officer or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
