ensure company compliance with the labor and social insurance laws on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents and reports required from official authorities (labor and social insurance offices).
- building a strong relationship with government authorities, such as labor office and social insurance authorities, to solve any issues or problems that arise concerning employees.
- processing new employees’ social insurance and employees’ terminations, leaves of absence, and other actions using appropriate forms.
- create and maintain personnel records for each employee and keep the employee database constantly updated.
- follow up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents.
- keep records of insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- prepare monthly attendance and consolidation reports.
- responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips.
- prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
- conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
- assist in Monitoring and updating the existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures, developing employee’s benefits.
- review the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
- responsible for the medical insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider.
