Profitability Management is one of the teams within International Business Management with a mission to instil a culture of profitability into the DNA of International and drive continuous improvements that enable the achievement of our margin targets to:

- Drive international profitability improvement across the business. This includes ensuring that we set targets (per region), that there are plans in place to achieve them and that progress is reported monthly
- Act as the centre of excellence; providing guidance, best practice, support, and reporting
- Drive transversal margin improvement programs ourselves and track other materials initiatives across multiple business units & practices.

**Mission**

As a International Profitability Manager you will be responsible for the definition, governance, orchestration, and delivery of multiple complex/executive level projects aiming to deliver maximum EBIDTA benefit for OBS and its customers along with maximum structural & operational efficiencies for the overall business. In return, you will be rewarded by work in an empowering organisation with an overall objective of delivering ‘world class’ business value & a unique customer experience.

Projects driven by this function are of an international scope and require an extremely high level of:

- Business/financial acumen (with a deep understanding of P&L management) across all lines of business
- Knowledge of the OBS ecosystem (and the wider IT vertical) including internal/external customer/supplier and partner landscapes
- Coordinate, develop and enforces systems & procedures in order to maintain high profitability standards
- Strategic orientation, big-picture thinking, transversal engagement, efficiency, autonomy, and adaptability, strong negotiation skills.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert to represent IPM within the various forums across OBS to drive Margin Improvement

**Responsibilities**

Drive achievement of key profitability targets. This is enabled by the provision of key central reports and the development of KPIs, packaged programs, tools and training. This is then utilised by the regions to perform proactive & reactive margin management in order to drive profitability improvement.

Success requires strong strategic ability in co-construction, organization alignment, executive support/sponsorship, and measures of success with a structured, senior-level governance cadence. Role shall indirectly manage transversal collaboration of 10 staff members.

Responsibilities will traverse multiple organizations and dimensions - Your strong/established network and organization astuteness will be a key enabler in this context.

You will be leading projects:

- Accountable for managing first-class relationships & leading programs related to process improvements & profitability management.
- Be the connection point around which OBS stakeholders, customer, and partner revolve to drive successful margin/service improvement programs; Support IB Regions in achieving their Margin Targets through setting KPIs and ensuring top management have full visibility on the business
- Provide leadership and guidance on various projects of complex nature
- Create/manage in matrix-mode extended teams to support customer renewal/retention & drive baseline/margin optimization
- Leading project teams to align business objectives with program performance
- Influence and manage continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives and provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or business plans
- Implement and manage governance models with executive cadences and appropriate dashboards to deliver, track, report and escalate various program progress; Data visualization, reporting and analysis of multiple business aspects shall be critical to ensure financial profitability targets are achieved
- Generate/Initiate ideas/projects that directly contributes to Gross Margin improvement
