Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Automation Architect for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Design and develop automation frameworks and platforms using various tools and technologies.
- Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies based on business needs.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows for various processes (e.g., software deployment, testing, infrastructure provisioning, IT operations).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, operations, testing) to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze automation performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technologies and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of automation standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience as an Automation Architect, Automation Engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA tools, scripting languages like Python/Bash/PowerShell, CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native automation tools.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Experience with IT infrastructure and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
