**Job Description - IT System Administrator (Microsoft 365) - RemotePosition Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **remote IT support** to employees across multiple US office locations.
- Administer and manage the **Microsoft 365 environment**, including:

- Intune device management
- Security and compliance policy setup and enforcement
- Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint administration
- User account provisioning and access control
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and security standards.
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions for reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**
- **English level B1-B2 is a must** (to communicate effectively with US-based staff).
- Proven hands-on experience with **Microsoft 365 administration** (Intune, policies, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with IT security, backup systems, and remote support tools.
- Ability to work independently during **US business hours**.

**Work Schedule**
- **Hours**: 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM (Egypt Time)
- **Days Off**: Saturday & Sunday
- **Work Type**: Remote (Egypt-based, supporting USA operations)

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary package**:35,000 L.E per month**:
