iSchool is a leading online education platform that offers coding and artificial intelligence courses for students aged 6 to 18. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Head to join our team. As the Partnership Head at iSchool, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations to drive growth, expand our reach, and enhance our product offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities that align with iSchool's business objectives and growth strategy.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships with key industry players, including educational institutions, technology companies, and other relevant organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop partnership strategies and execute partnership initiatives.
- Manage relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and mutual alignment of goals.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, identifying new partnership opportunities and emerging markets.
- Lead the development and implementation of partnership marketing and promotional activities.
- Represent iSchool at industry conferences, events, and partner meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a strong understanding of the e-learning industry is a plus.
