**Job Summary**:
As a QC Automation Engineer, You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our SaaS analytics product through the development and implementation of cutting-edge automated testing frameworks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse technologies within a rapidly growing software development environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex engineering challenges related to testing and tool development.
- Design and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project requirements.
- Develop and extend automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code in an Agile environment.
- Investigate and resolve system functionality and performance issues.
- Document test results and generate quality reports for product release metrics.
- Stay abreast of new testing techniques and automation approaches, advocating for their implementation where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification is highly preferred.
- At least Minimum of 1 year experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of ERP Next is preferred.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Proficiency in performance testing using JMeter.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Proactive and Result-oriented with strong initiative.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Effective communication skills, with a focus on clarity and transparency.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and software releases.
