Precertification Officer

**Summary**:
The
**Medical Claims Officer** will provide quality service to clients, and promptly and effectively assesses and processes claims and approval according to operations set standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manages routine daily claims administration work.
- Coordinates workflow & meets deadlines.
- Evaluates claims with regards to eligibility.
- Decisions on high-cost and complicated cases.
- International Preauthorization.
- Coordinates with international providers for direct billing.
- Makes suggestions to improve service.
- Increases efficiency, and minimizes errors and administration time.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree of Medicine and surgery (MBBS).
- Has minimum 2 years of experience
- Medical Practical Experience (reputable insurance provider, broker or a TPA experience a plus).
- Office location in New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt.
