700Apps is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Proposal Writer to join our team. As a Technical Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that clearly articulate our technical solutions to potential clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, you will gather and analyze technical requirements and translate them into well-structured and persuasive proposals. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively will be instrumental in winning new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product management teams to understand project requirements and technical solutions
- Gather and analyze technical information, including system specifications, architectural diagrams, and project implementation details
- Write comprehensive technical proposals that clearly outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing
- Develop proposal templates, boilerplate content, and reusable technical content libraries
- Tailor proposals to meet specific client needs, focusing on showcasing the value and benefits of our technical solutions
- Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Coordinate and manage proposal review and approval processes
- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal writing and technical solution documentation

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering
- Proven experience of +3 years as a Technical Proposal Writer in a technical or software-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and compelling proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
- Experience with proposal development processes and best practices
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, technologies, and solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
