**RSA Senior Advisor, Services Program Manager**

The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs. They work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that programs are aligned with strategic goals, meet deadlines and budget, and deliver the desired results.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, budgets, and high level strategies.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between projects and different programs. Also
Coordinate and track the progress of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage virtual teams and task forces to run simultaneous different programs.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of program progress and address any concerns.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues.
- Ensure that programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Measure and report on program performance.
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience, from which 2+ years in program or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMP or other project management certification.
- Experience in Cyber Security or Identity Access Management (IAM).
