Cemex Egypt is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Strategic Planning & Business Development Manager to join our Strategic Planning team in Cairo, Egypt.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic initiatives that drive long-term business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assess opportunities, challenges, and priorities.
- Review and evaluate CAPEX requests, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage multiple projects and maintain clear priorities.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, presentations, and reports to support key strategic discussions.
- Stay informed on industry, market, and economic trends to guide planning and opportunity identification.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and capital budgeting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic/analytical tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively.
- Collaborative and dependable, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to generate actionable insights.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, financial planning, or investment analysis.
- Proven experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and investment evaluation.
- Skilled in developing and managing complex business cases and ROI models.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high accountability.
