Create and implement digital marketing automation strategies to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build customer bases
- Create different automated campaigns based on our customer’s personas and customer life cycle
- Ensure our marketing automation campaigns aligns with industry best practices
- Manage audience lists
- Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly
- Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc

**Website Manager**
- Maintain the transition of Integrant’s website from Contentful to WordPress
- Manage the production and maintain the website utilizing WordPress and HTML
- Utilizing the content strategist and metrics from previous and running campaigns, maintain and update the website’s content with current, impactful

messaging along with working with the creative team to provide complementary graphics
- Coordinate web requests for enhancements and updates to our website

**Salesforce Administration**
- In conjunction with a Salesforce expert:

- Ensure requirements requested from users and stakeholders across departments are implemented
- Monitor and improve user adoption in conjunction with operations
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Resolve user support tickets

**Requirements**:
Sound knowledge of using automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc)

Proven experience with WordPress websites

Understanding of lead generation procedures and customer life cycle

Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques like A/B testing

Excellent listening and communication (written and verbal)

Proven project management skills

Ability to foster collaborative relationships, work well under pressure, and filter and organize a large volume of important information

Ability to problem solve, prioritize effectively, and work independently and within the team

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

Committed to the success of the team

Proficient with MS Office; preferably with Office 365
