Marketing Operations Specialist - French

**EMEA Marketing Operations Specialist, w. French - Cairo**

**What You’ll be Doing**

You'll report to the EMEA Marketing Manager with links to the Global Digital Marketing Director and the Market Engagement function and you will be instrumental in TTEC EMEA ambitions of scaling up the volume of campaigns and pipeline generation, at an efficient level.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Support marketing team members with strategic expertise, setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations.
- Data analysis and performance reporting, including insights and recommendations for campaigns optimisation.
- Ensure the quality of marketing materials by conducting audits for brand consistency.
- Ensure effective lead scoring and attribution through any marketing activity.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Fluent in English and French to a professional level
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Min of +2 years of experience with Marketing CRMs (Ideally Pardot or Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce (Reporting)
- Experience with Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with Display ads marketing is a plus (Google Display Network or others).
