**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support to create communication and ongoing maintenance of their employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experiences.
- Ensure to plan actions’ improvements and relevant to survey results and focus on our principles acting.
- Develop effective internal communications mechanisms to ensure that news and events are known internally and publicised externally as appropriate.
- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related the events.
- Develop and produce communications’ strategy and policies.
- Manage local and corporate identity and overseeing use of the brand identity
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all communication vehicles, Promotional materials and events.
- Plan and execute internal and external corporate events.
- Prepare corporate brand activities according to Brand strategy to achieve defined objectives.
- Control the link between DPWS and the MEDIA covering corporate news, editorials, press releases etc.
- Preparation & distribution of corporate press material (writing of press releases, preparation of press kits, slides & videotapes).
- Oversee and produce content for the website, social media and print
- Analyze and comment upon press reports related to DPWS
- Maintain effective relationships with opinion leaders and press representatives.
- Manage events, content development for events/publications - Theme and concept development for promotional materials for the events
- Write and design the internal newsletter

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in creating targeted content
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
