**Tendering and Cost Estimation**
- **Cost Estimation**:

- Perform comprehensive cost estimations for electrical works in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
- Prepare accurate Material Quantity Surveys (QS) for LV, MV, and low-current systems, including BMS, fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
- **Tender Documentation and Proposal Preparation**:

- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to prepare competitive, detailed project proposals.
- Create and manage technical submissions, ensuring all tender documentation aligns with project requirements and client specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather relevant technical and financial information for bids.
- Review tender documents to ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations.

**Design and Technical Support**
- **Design and Drafting**:

- Develop and review shop drawings for electrical works, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Utilize design tools such as **AutoCAD** and **Revit** to produce detailed electrical drawings and layouts, including those for low-current systems such as BMS, fire alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
- Provide technical support to the project team during the design and execution phases.
- **Material and Supplier Evaluation**:

- Research and evaluate materials and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency in electrical systems.
- Maintain a database of reliable suppliers and materials, ensuring the best value for projects.

**Project Coordination and Compliance**
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that designs meet technical requirements and project specifications.
- Work closely with other disciplines (e.g., mechanical, civil) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project designs.
- **Industry Standards and Compliance**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, codes, and technologies in electrical systems.
- Ensure designs and proposals comply with all relevant electrical and safety standards, local regulations, and client specifications.

**Education and QualificationsEducation**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical Engineering** or a related field.

**Experience**:

- **3-8 years** of experience in MEP works, technical office, or tendering roles.
- In-depth experience with LV, MV, and low-current systems (e.g., BMS, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, etc.).

**Technical Skills**:

- **Design Software**:

- Proficiency in **Revit** and **AutoCAD** for electrical design and drafting.
- **Cost Estimation and Tendering**:

- Strong expertise in material quantity surveying and cost estimation for electrical works.
- Deep understanding of tendering processes, including the preparation of technical and financial proposals.
- **Electrical Systems Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards, and MEP workflows, especially related to electrical, low-current, and building automation systems.

**Soft Skills**:

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
